Bill oversees all graphic design, style, layout, programming, database and Flash project components. With over seventeen years of design and user interface experience, Bill leads our team of graphic designers, programmers and Flash developers to create websites that surpass client needs while engaging visitors with rich experiences.

Bill and his graphic design team create custom website interfaces, layout sites with initial wireframe models, create page templates, design and implement stylesheets and institute efficient code strategies for page development. In working with Bean Creative’s programming arm, he oversees the development of custom database-driven applications, tools and content management systems. In addition, Bill and his Flash development team are responsible for Bean Creative's many award-winning Flash interactive projects including virtual walkthroughs, data interfaces, games, and a wide range of edutainment activities.

Bill has a BS in Applied Design from the University of Maryland and has created award-winning designs for clients including National Geographic, the Vision Council of America, Battelle, Maryland Public Television, PBS, and the Smithsonian National Air & Space Museum.
