Philosophy
A fundamental tenet of being a “Beaner” is a real passion to push the boundaries of what our work can do to achieve positive, tangible community and societal benefits.
Rather than churning out interactive projects whose sole purpose is to market goods or services, we’ve built our exceptional reputation while promoting the often underfunded, underappreciated educational, cultural and non-profit community.
I’ve worked with Bean Creative at two different associations and have recommended them to countless others. Aside from the fact that they’re fun & groovy people, the Bean team could always be counted on to work with all the players involved (including other vendors) to come up with solutions to any challenge we threw at them, while also respecting our internal resources (budget, staff time, institutional level of comfort with change, audience level of comfort with technology). I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

What gets us fired up?
Knowing that we directly help teach kids to read — connect non-profits with passionate supporters — and open new worlds of innovative cultural experiences to those that would might otherwise never have the opportunity to explore.
Bean Creative has always been focused on quality more than quantity, so while we do have our eye on our projects’ bottom line, it’s just as important that every interactive project we do meets our clients’ and our high expectations.
Soliciting funders for life-giving water pumps to African villages…
Helping organize American Red Cross donations post-Katrina…
Building interactive teacher tools…
Getting kids excited about environmental conservation…
Teaching the language skills that lead to better jobs…
They’re all projects where we create a meaningful difference.
